As Cresa’s Graphic Design Intern (Design and Communication Specialist), I created designs for commercial real estate brokers. For this project, I was chosen to design two templates, one for a national brochure and the other as a follow-up thank you email for potential clients. When designing this brochure, I used Cresa’s branding and added a fun twist by creating a gatefold brochure.
